This will be used by all staff in all areas of the school building. At all stages you have the opportunity to change your actions. It is important that you learn from your mistakes.
C3 Detentions
These will occur at lunchtime and last 30 minutes. Students will still have 10 minutes before and after the detention for their lunch. You will receive a letter to inform you a C3 has been given. You will get a letter to give 24 hours notice of the detention sent home. We also reserve the right to have after school detentions with 24 hours notice.
IRIS
In the new School we will use a system called IRIS (‘It Really Is Simple’). This will allow all staff to record both positive and negative aspects of your performance. The plan is to allow parents / carers and yourselves to access this system in the near future. |
