Official Opening by Right Honourable Andy Burnham MP - Monday 16 June
The official opening of the new school building will be on Monday 16 June 2008. The school will be opened by the Right Honourable Andy Burnham MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.
The ceremony will include a morning of music and dance and speeches from students, Headmaster - Mr D Johnson, Vice Chair of Governors - Judith Heyes and Right Honourable Andy Burnham MP. Following the ceremony there will be a tour of the new school, ending in the school's showpiece area, the LRC.
