Presentation Evening Update
The Presentation Evening for the class of 2008 was held on Wednesday 12 November in the School Theatre. Our guest speaker was Professor Mel Ainscow, Professor of Education and co-director of the Centre for Equity in Education at the University of Manchester. He is also the Government’s Chief Adviser for the Greater Manchester Challenge.As well as our main speaker we had a performance from Failsworth Community Orchestra, presentations of cerificates and special awards. All quests and students were also treated to a viewing of the FAILSWORTH RESULTS DAY 2008 Film.
It was an inspiring and enjoyable evening.
Once again well done to the Class of 2008!
