Catering Team

Louise Byrne, the Catering Manager, is responsible for the kitchens in Cafe Mojo, the new school restaurant.

The catering staff are employed directly by the school and produce the food for both break and lunch services for students and staff.

They are keen to introduce new dishes to encourage more students to buy lunch on site.

Recently they have had to revise menus in line with legislation.

Louise said: "Although we can no longer offer chips every day, we are able to provide varied and interesting menus to tempt the students.
