ICT Enrichment
This year there have been two major activities for Enrichment. Pupils in Year 7 have been involved in a visit to Kingswood Computer centre. They were accompanied by one of the teaching staff form the department and took part in activities like Climbing, Canoeing, Caving and of course, computing.
The pupils began their visit on Friday 23rd September at Lunch time and joined pupils from other schools in the LEA. Each school sent approximately 8 pupils. The visit ended on Sunday 25th with pupils returning tired and happy saying that they had thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The head of enrichment was pleased that the pupils had been involved this year as it was the second visit to have taken place at the Kingswood Centre. Some parents may remember that in 1990 we also took a group of pupils to one of the Kingswood Centres in Shropshire.
